Planning for Disney
We're almost at the 180-day mark counting down to our next Disney trip, and some of you will know what that means: it's almost time to make all of our dining reservations, or ADRs in Disney-speak. Because I believe in planning, planning, planning for a Disney trip, I created the following chart listing which parks we are planning to visit on which days of our visit, where we plan to eat, what snacks I plan to enjoy along the way, and which attractions we're considering for our FastPass+. If you want to read more about the process we go through to decide whether to purchase the Disney Dining Plan (or not), click here.
[A quick note about the FastPass+ designations: since we'll be traveling with our 3-year-old daughter and 2-month-old son, we're planning to skip a lot of the "thrill ride" attractions and spend a lot of time at the Magic Kingdom. My husband and I have used rider swap before, but we find it much more enjoyable when we can ride together. Because we know we'll be back in 2015, we're going to try to take some time on this trip to explore some of the hidden magic in the parks instead of riding the mountains. The exception, of course, is the new Seven Dwarfs Mine Train - we'll have to ride that one alone just to try it out!]
